Missionary, Katherine Parker shared a framed photo of a painting by Einod Ghising. It represents the story of Christ's life from birth to Resurrection. Check it out! At church there are lots of flyers telling about her work in Nepal. Her talk was amazing!
FOOD DRIVE: The Camas Prairie Food Bank has a big need for donations! With kids home for the summer the need is greater than ever and resources are getting low. We will collect food at church during the month of July to donate to them. Below is a list of most needed items. Be sure to pick up a few each week when you do your shopping and bring them to the church each Sunday!
Missionary Talk: Come tomorrow, Tuesday, July 9, 10:00 am, and hear about the work of Katherine Parker, missionary from Nepal which United Methodist Women has supported for several years. This is open to the community. She will tell about her work there since 2013. Coffee, tea, etc. will be available. There will be a basket for a "love offering" for Katherine. Come and bring a friend!
Our previous pastor in Las Vegas felt it too!! So scary! Prayers going up for all!!
